Service Refunds​

Home Visit:

​

• The cost for a home visit is ₹1999.

• If you cancel less than 12 hours but more than 2 hours before the scheduled time, a 50% refund will be provided.

• If the cancellation is made less than 2 hours before the scheduled time, no refund will be provided.

• In the event that the service is rescheduled or canceled by our team, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Processing Time

​

Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days from the date of receiving the refund request. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the booking.
